Dr. Moffatt is especially attentive to pet parents in order that he add that information to his examination. He genuinely cares about the health, well-being and comfort of my dog and is proactive with the care in Rasta's aging health. I understand there are many vets that would qualify if judged only on the above criteria. What sets Dr. Moffatt apart is availability. Whenever I have a question, I can email him and rely on a thorough response that either reassures me and/or guides me. He may or may not want to see Rasta but his response always contains evidence that he remembers Rasta and his history and replies specific to Rasta as his patient. This has built an exceptional trust and confidence in him and has made me a better pet parent as well as a compliant one! I cannot think of a better way to show appreciation for him than to make referrals (I do) and nominate him so that others might find out about this very special doctor.
